Cypress Bench Dry Fit WIP

Cypress Bent Lamination Questions

protective finish for cypress
ive tried the cabot stains,they are either too yellow or too dark brown. anyone ever use thompsons water seal?or is there something better suited that will keep the natural color. the natural colour in the cabot was realy yellow,didnt like it at all. thanks -

Finishing Red Cedar and Cypress
Anyone have a good suggestion as to what to use to finish ERC and Cypress for outdoor use? (Swings, outdoor furniture etc.) Would like to keep the natural look as much as possible with little to no "gloss." Any experience with any of the Thompson's Water Seal products?
