My thoughts and prayers are with your family George. The fact that she has been active in dance classes gives her an edge over those kids who are taken ill after a life of being couch potatoes. :wsmile:

Its been four days now and, knock on wood, things appear to be moving in the right direction. After the first day, her cough had subsided and she could lay flat on her back for short stretches of time. For the last two days she has gotten out of bed and taken a short walk around the unit with the help of a nurse. Some color has returned to her cheeks. She still gets tired easily and still has little appetite. She has remained more positive and chipper about this whole thing than any of the adults around her. There has been a huge outpouring of support from her church, her dance studio, her gymnastics classes and friends of hers and friends of the family, such as has been shown here. We know it is too early to celebrate but we all have the feeling that we are headed in the right direction.
