I just came back from a visit to the new Lowes store that opened today in Tarboro. Not the best layed out store IMHO. Plumbing on one side and hardware on the other, the only two sections that I visit. They said that it is one of only two stores that have the drive thru lumber pickup feature. It may be nice for contractors, but I'm not an advocate of storing plywood outside so I may still have to drive to another store to buy my plywood.

The plywood I've bought at Lowes in the last three or four years wouldn't stand up to being outside, except the construction grade stuff, and even that stuff isn't in the best of shape outside. The stuff they call cabinet grade would fall apart and warp in the dry, there's just no telling what it'd look like in the wet. Maybe a wooden tube?:eusa_thin
