Very nice!

These sort of "3-D" cutting boards intrigue me. I might do one as a next project.

Any gotchas or words of wisdom you might share that you'd do differently next time?

Thanks,
Joe

@bowman If you need bigger challenges, check out this guy's work. I have followed him for a few years and am amazed at the intricacies. I just dont have the patience.

I did all the cuts on my tablesaw, which is equipped with a RIP blade. This caused a lot of tear-out when I did the cross-cuts. I should have moved to the miter saw or changed blades. That realization came when I was almost finished with the cross-cuts.

I also cut my parts too close to finished size, using up what I had on hand.

Great job. Any problem running it through the planer with all that end grain?
I had a little chip-out on the back edge, was able to clean up most of it . My sled had a minute gap allowing the chipping.
