yeah.. I never got a chance to go look at them.. hope to get out there soon, but sawing like mad every weekend recently.

What amazes me is seeing them all on those spindly folding saw horses.
I wonder if anvil collectors have conventions?:rotflm:
I just discovered his ad as well, and then realized what the topic of this thread probably applied to. I hadn't read it yet.

My first thought was exactly the same thing. "Is he nuts with those sawhorses?" Just the thought of walking around in that space makes my feet hurt.

Did anyone go check this out? MustangMike called the guy but never got to go see the anvils in person. The guy knows what he's got and what it's worth, so there probably won't be any steals. Good old anvils are expensive, good ones usually run $3-$5 per pound in old tool world depending on condition.

He's got them posted again on CL this morning...as stated above, the anvil market must be really slow.
