Tropical Whale Tail Art.
Cut from 3/4 inch pine with a 1/4 inch backer board.
With so many tight V cuts in this one I always start at the pilot hole and go down one side of the V and back the blade back to the pilot hole and follow the other side completing the cut. This ensures that the V is as nice and as clean as possible.
I'm glad I was able to save a decrepit looking piece of pine I had in the scrap bin and turn it into something beautiful! The design is from Holiday Scroll Saw Ornaments by @foxchapelpublishing
