Machine tune-up maintenence workshop June 17

Maybe in June we could meet at Bill's shop for a session on woodworking machine problems, tune-up, repairs?

the usual blah, blah, blah...

Maybe could get some smaller jointer, tablesaw, planer with problems that we can tear into and diagnose?

I have an older Jet 6 inch jointer that could be ready for repair by then.

I think this is a great idea. I can't commit right now but would love to be there. For me, I am fairly adept at tune-up of established parameters. Troubleshooting and fixing motorized woodworking machinery is where my gap lies.

Based on my recent jointer tune-up thread, I would be interested in this. Where is Bill's shop? What times/dates would you be thinking?

What about having the trailer there and do the actuall class on the tools in the traile?. They could use a good going over

Most people seem to need work on the table saw and jointer, I think we should concentrate on those. Then if we have time we could look at the other tools.
