looking for multi-ply plywood

Looking for a source of aircraft grade plywood on East coast [preferably in NC] 4 mm - 5 mm thickness w/ 8 - 12 plies. The Hardwood store (gibsonville) sells 6 mm baltic birch in 5x5 sheets, but most sheets are 5 plies. Am not familiar w/the marine plywood they sell. Has anyone had experience w/the okume plywood? How many plies to expect in either of their 1/8" or 5/32". What sort of strength does it have to "sudden shock"? ...say,... a piece hits a brick wall at 80 mph.

Years ago, I found a source [aircraft grade ] in Anaheim, CA...but @ $200 for a 5x5 sheet - plus $200 for shipping - too much for me.

Try Wurth Wood
I went to the Wurth Wood store in Raleigh looking for 1/8 Baltic Birch about 6 months ago. The counter person told me the only thin plywood they sell is luan. Maybe different stores carry different products.
