The sentence was not put in place as he "volunteered" to step away. He does know what will happen in the event.

He said he was going to cut way back. Bear in mind there is NO leeway here! Any violation, and I mean ANY, I want to know ASAP. He will be gone for good in that event, no suspension, no auto-moderation.
