Claro Headboard - Gettin' it flat

My first try at making a router sled to flatten the slab. It worked better than expected. I used a 1 1/2" bottom cleaning bit from MCLS (or MLCS, MSCL, whatever) and it did a great job. Very smooth cut with no tearout.

I love that claro - think I'll have to make a trip to Kyle's to get a few more (if my bank account will allow).
