Charlotte After-Hours at Elliots BBQ

It's been a long while since we last had a Charlotte-area get together ... and though we have one coming up in March around the show, I figured I'd see if there is any interest in having one this week after hours.

We will meet in Matthews at Elliots BBQ (near Woodcraft) at 6:00 PM this Wednesday (Feb 13).

I'm open to somewhere else ... figured this place worked a couple times before and would be a good central place between Huntersville/Concord/Charlotte/Matthews ... a bit more of a hike for Pineville/Waxhaw, but doable.

What about uptown somewhere (can't get much more central) ... maybe one of the pubs.

Also, if this isn't a good time for everyone I don't want to force the topic ... not much feedback in this thread, so maybe not much interest in getting together. I don't mind drinking alone ... :confused4

Elliots BBQ is a great place and it is very close to Woodcraft. Have to check the hours, but the food is awesome! I'm going to try to be there!

I could do Elliot's fine. The Saucer would be a little stretch but I could make that too.

Elliot's works for me ... I think WC is open until 6pm, but not 100% sure. Would have to hit that before dinner.
