Can't download

Every time I try to download from the Download Library I get this vbulliten message: Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 17 seconds before you may download another file.:dontknow:

Ugh, not this bug again!

It seems to be random and really annoying and targets just one user.

Have you tried to download a different file? Just to double check.

Some files download but most won't

Unfortunately, it's happening to me again, too. I'm still on satellite.
