I had not been paying attention to this thread since its title made me think it was about the signature cards. Now it appears that the board is supposed to be there to meet over lunch?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Barbara and Rob are the only members of the incoming BoD that need to be there and anyone else who can make it is welcomed. I, personally will not be able to attend.

Sorry for any confusion -- Trent is correct that this is not a Board meeting but is to get bank signature cards transferred over from Joe and Doug to Barbara and me. No other business is planned beyond treasury discussions.
