Another Bandsaw box and bowl??

Well I made another bandsaw box. As I looked at the block I saw a profile of a birds head in the grain so that is what I was shooting for. I may be the only one that sees it but I’m sticking to my story.
Also here is my first attempt at a bowl/vessel using a router. Used walnut for both. Finish was dark walnut Danish oil and wipe on poly.

I like them both. I can see where you were going with the bird's head, if I tilt mine just a little :-D :-D
Some details on the bowl, please? I assume you used a template of some sort. How deep it is and how long of a bit did you use?

DaveO, the bowl is only 6 ½" X 4 ¼" it’s 1 5/8 " deep on the inside and 2" tall overall. Yes I cut out a template from ¾" MDF and used a Top Mounted Bearing Dish Cutter Bits and Router Collet Extension. (see links)
