Lenoir: air dried lumber for sale

Re: Lenoir: High volume of miscellaneous air dried lumber for sale Outside stuff would range from $.75 per board foot up to probably $1.50 on the best thick ash (8/4 to 10/4). Dry maple ranges from free culls to 1 per board to possibly a $1 a board foot. I'm easy with the price...that...

Lenoir: air dried lumber for sale

Re: Lenoir: High volume of miscellaneous air dried lumber for sale All of this is cherry. It will take some work but the good stuff is there! Nothing over $2 per board foot (based on width) but I will sell some boards much closer to $1 per board foot due to quality.

    Compound mitered serving tray

I don't see anything...but you did make the light go off...I guess I rip the bevel (at 15) first, then compound at 15 with a 45 miter whilst laying the bevel flush to the miter saw bed. would it always be outward leaning since the serving tray would be considered an inside corner? That's the...

    Compound mitered serving tray

I think maybe it's simpler to butt joint the ends, with a compound and a bevel, rather than miter joint them on a 45. I am starting to see more examples of this style.

    Compound mitered serving tray

I am not very experienced with compound miters but I think that is what I need to use in this application. I want to build a serving tray but thought it would be nicer with beveled outside boards. So, if I choose a 15 degree bevel on the table saw to rip the outside "rails" to width, do I then...

    Klingspore Show

I'll give a plug for Tom Monahan at the General Finishes booth. Very knowledgable, I felt like I made a friend, and obviously the product is very good. I haven't used the product but I explained my frustration with a lot of things I've tried and he really wanted to help. Guaranteed, I will buy...

Anyone have a 10% off coupon for Grizzly?

I found mine through a link on lumberjocks so my suggestion is to keep an eye out on the forums...you probably won't find one for yourself in print (like I once thought I would)
