I don't really think you can knock the seller. This appears to be made from a typical plan in many handy-dandy home improvement magazines. It's probably a good multi-purpose bench for some DIY'er to have in his garage for working on the weed-wacker, or the kid's tricycle or assembling that Walmart special piece of furniture. It appears to be square and level so the guy probably did a reasonable job on it. It may have $30 worth of lumber in it.
