I got some walnut logs in at my sawmill. I can saw them for $2.00 a board foot. All rough sawn with a band mill. I don't own a dry kiln so it will be green. Have been cut down for 6 months. I'm located in NC, Orange County! Couple of the logs are almost 30 inches on the small end.

30" diameter butt logs are good for quarter sawing - just saying... Find out how much he will charge per BF for quarter sawing
