I bought their 2" sanding pad at the recent show here in Charlotte.

I used it for one grit on a bowl this weekend and the velcro part ripped off.

I took a pic and emailed it to support@woodturnerscatalog.com on monday the 18th basically asking them what I did wrong and that I was disappointed that their product failed so quickly.

Within 1 hr I had an email from Roger Durst apologizing and offering to ship me a new pad just to give him my address.

Yesterday at no charge I had a new sanding disc from them. I'll try not to break this one.
