As you see in my other post about making a few bowls, I got to use the lathe today. Holy smokes ... what a luxurious spin (that's the only way I can describe it). I mean, my Delta turned wood just fine, and my mini Jet works great ... but with 750lbs and variable speed make for a huge improvement. Though I'm still a rookie at the lathe, with this thing I felt like a pro. Can't wait to do more with it!
