Curious. Did you try running a board through there? I did. Had a feather board to hold down and it had no chance. The saw showed me pretty quick how dumb I was that day.

I did not get that far. Soon as I put the board on the saw, I noticed I had the blade in wrong.

I once put one of the outer blades on a dado stack on backwards. Cut and burned simultaneously!

Momentary lack of reason. Loaded a full 3/4" dado stack backwards once. A wee bit of smoke from that event!!

That’s OK. I did something dumber once. I installed a bandsaw blade with the teeth pointing upwards. When I ran a piece through there, I thought, “man this is a brand new blade but it is so DULL.“ I then realized the teeth were pointing up, and I returned the blade saying the teeth are pointing in the wrong direction!
