Shaper Up and Running

My friend bought a 3-phase shaper from Sully and we got it hooked up yesterday. On Sully's recommendation we hooked up a VFD and it's running great on single-phase power. A big thanks to Sully whom we called at least ten times during the installation. :icon_thum He was very helpful and patient with all of our questions.

Susan,

The first time wiring a VFD is always a little scary. Ya'll are ofisheley expurts now! The next VFD will go easy - peasy. <enabler voice on>Be careful though, the slope is slippery now that you know 3 phase machines are not out of reach. </enabler> :rotflm:

I talked to Richard today about the bearing cartridge and provided some suggestions.

Again, it was great to meet both of you in person. Hopefully, I can make it out your way some time.
