Rustic Mirror with Shelf

Good Morning,
My daughter wanted a rustic looking mirror -- its has been a while since I finished this but thought I'd share. We were both happy with the way it turned out.

What method did you use to put the profile on the slats?

What method did you use to put the profile on the slats?

Hand grinder and rasps. Worked great. Then sanded down to 220 grit.
