Doug, I have the manual type, the 3-point hitch tractor type, and a hydraulic auger for the front of a skid steer.

Thanks everyone! I ended up digging the hole by hand. I built a cover for the pool pumps. The top is corrugated plastic. No pics yet as I finished it just after twilight. Tomorrow I will go out and see how crooked it is. :gar-La;
