Not guite a mate to the first, experimenting with another inlay.
The body of the blank is a holly glue up in a subtle segmented spiral using holly and aspen.
The inlay was one I have been saving, the remaining off cut from the first, waiting for the right "idea" to use it with.
The intended pen is another Gent.

After drilling I decided to get a shot of the inside.
I am amzed how thin these are and yet there is still more to be turned off.
This is an example as to why I reinforce the blanks before drilling.
This was turned down to .72+- and then wrapped with gauze and CA.
It was then turned to .74+- to fit in the Beall collet.
The bit for a Gent is 37/64ths.Do the math.
Thought you might get a kick out of the inside view.
Now to "drizzle some thin CA in the hole and drill the bottom.
