New Tool Source

Hey All,

Here's a new tool source that I just found out about, maybe others have heard of them, they have a nice catalog.

They have alot of measuring tools and also cater to the Dark Side. Now everybody knows that I don't go to the dark side yet, But like everyone else I'm still an enabler.

Seems that one of their mainstays is Gladstone Tools. Anyone know anything about them? From the poking I did on the Web they seem to be Chinese, but I'm not sure if its the same company or not. Any comparisons to Starrett or Brown & Sharp?

I think that Gladstone Tools are made in India. I've bought several things from Manny -- especially at his booth at the Charlotte Woodworking Shows in years past -- and he has good prices. Lots of decent deals on WW books, especially the older FWW series. I've got some of the marking and measuring tools from them and they have held up pretty well.
