May 4th - Celebration of Klingspor's NEW SUPERSTORE

Hello fellow NCWWers. Klingspor is looking for any members interested in helping out in the Hickory store on Saturday May 4th. It will be a perfect day for making lightsabers as it will be STAR WARS DAY (May the 4th be with you).

Please let me know as soon as you are able if you can make it and what you plan to do. It would be great to get some new faces out there representing the group.

I'm still planning to be up there on the 4th. Really looking forward to meeting some of you maniacs.

If anyone is a fan of short-track stock car racing, there's an event at Hickory Motor Speedway - a 3/8 mile paved oval - that night. My plan is to get to the store, noon-ish. Hang till closing. I might bring some show-off-and-tell stuff. Afterward grab a quick bite -(McD's BK, etc) and then to the track. I've never been to an event on a paved track before, so I'd like to get there to see at least some of the qualifying heats.
