These Stick Figure Projects from Making Wooden People And Pets With Personality by @foxchapelpublishing are always fun to make and a great way to use up scrap wood!
In this case the material came from the scrap bin at @hardwoodstorenc
The lady is 1 inch thick poplar and the Cat is 3/4 inch walnut (to give some depth when they slot together)
It took me around 4 minutes to scroll this out on my @deltamachinery scroll saw and I hand sanded with 100 grit sandpaper and gave it several coats of @rustoleum clear gloss.
I love the patterns in the book (pictured) because it is packed with easy patterns that would be great for anyone just getting into scroll sawing!
