I don't care what the article title is, it looks like a treasure chest, a kid will put his/her "treasures" in it, ergo, it's a treasure chest.
It wouldn't bother me to hhave a kid use a got glue gun to put one totether. Some them how to use a hot glue gun, warn them it is very hot, and then if they burn themselves anyway, tell them something line, "I told you and you did it anyway. Next time maybe you'll listen to me". And I bet that's the only time they burn themselves with a hot glue gun, and will listen to you next time you tell them something can hurt them. That's the way it was done when I was a kid. I was given a knife at a very young age, told it waws sharp and to be careful or I'd cut myself. I did cut myself. Once. And gains no sympathy from any adult that arned about it. The sympathy consisted of being told, "Next time be more careful". Anyway a kidd will love "making" their very own "treasure chest", whether they use hot glue, or regular wood glue. I'm 67, but can still remember when I was a kid, and had a shoebox to hold my stuff. I dumped the shoe box years ago, but if I'd had one of these, betcha I'd still have it.
