I think a good bit of that info (and the links) is probably out of date. But they are topics that we should probably cover in a "Welcome to NCWW" sticky. Our Site Policy is now available in the Articles section. Information on how to setup your avatar, and other profile information, is probably best covered with either a general "How-to" or "Frequently Asked Questions for New Members" type sticky and/or Article.

If we do a series of relevant Articles, then we could group links to the various Articles under a singular Sticky, titled along the lines of "Welcome to NCWW/Self-Help Guide" or the like.
