Good deal on walnut

A few days ago, I got 80 bd. ft. of walnut that had been air dried for 6-7 yrs. for $2.50 per bd. ft. There is a guy down near Bath named Kevin Everett who has a saw mill. I had heard about him a year or so ago and just a few months ago Alan in Washington posted some info about him also. I don't know that I would drive down there just for the lumber but I was spending a few days on the Pamilico River last week and Bath was just a few miles away. If anyone wants his phone number or directions send me a PM. He also has cherry, cedar, poplar, as well as some other type wood.

Alan I couldn't remember (don't know) your last name, didn't have your phone number, and couldn't remember how to get to your house.
