The customer needed an odd size cabinet to go next to a vanity. This is his design built by me. This cabinet measures 83"t x 11"w x 18"d and is made of 3/4" maple plywood with maple iron on edge banding. It is assembled with pocket hole joinery. I plugged the pocket holes in the front only. I used a small laminate trimmer to get the plugs close to the shelf then sanded it the rest. I am delivering it on Sunday. The customer is doing the finishing and if needed I will go back to help him mount it. I will try to get some pics of it with the dark cherry finish on it.

Very nice job and very well built. It looks strong enough to use as a ladder.

One of the things I did that worked well is to apply the edge banding to the wood before I cut out the shelves. This gave me very crisp clean corners and was much easier then doing them separately, having to trim up each of 9 shelves. It is to easy to slightly round over the corners when filing them down.
