Credit Card Processing Update

I have set up an admin account with the cc processor for our Admins to get the page working properly. Bas is working on it now. After that is done I will get with Joe to set payment options to make sure he has full access to the account. We should be live in a day or two. Bas has some coding to do before we go live. Do we still want to have paypal as an option?

I agree with Joe to keep PayPal up for awhile -- a key question is: what is the transaction fee exposure on each option?

PayPal has a sliding scale, running from 6% on $1.00 down to 3% on $250 PER transaction. DOESN'T allow for volume, or at least volume on OUR scale.

I'll post the costs here as soon as they email the full costs to me. We will pay slightly higher than most due to raffles. Most CC processors do not allow raffles.
