I just clicked on one of our members name to send them a PM and I got this - might not be nothing but I thought I would let the computer guys know about it

"This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to ncwoodworker.net, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

Re: Bad Connection

Ladies and Gentlemen. Our SSL certificate has in fact expired. I got an email that looked like a phishing email that stated the certificate was expiring. Well you know what I did with a phishing email:argue::argue:. This will be resolved in the next couple of days. My sincere apologies to the members. The BOD and Staff are on top of this issue as we speak. Thanks Phillip for pointing this out.

Part of this is my fault. I forgot to change the contact name. So when the cert was about to expire, I stared getting voice mails from someone who said they were with "thought" security and I should call back immediately. Since there is no thought security, I just dismissed the call as a scam.

When they finally reached me and they gave me more info I found out that Thwate is pronounced thought.:tongue2: And of course, Thwate is the issurer of our SSL cert. I gave them Tracy's email but it didn't occur to me to give him a heads up. mea culpa. Sorry

Oops, celebrated prematurely, my apologies. Half the solution is done...the new cert is installed, but the web server hasn't been recycled yet...stay tuned.
