Art Horse

Thinking of Christmas and a use for some lumber run misfit RO. My mom loves to paint scenery, I figured she could throw all her supplies in this horse and drag it out to where ever she wants to paint set it up and sit down with a cup of coffee and paint till her hearts content.

I got the general dimensions and could most likely make this horse without any plans, but plans sure would be helpful. I googled and could not find any, anyone know where I could get similar plans?

I would use bigger wheels in case we goes off the sidewalk to paint.
