I think the best price can be had at harborfreight. I am not sure about value though...

If you are going to order it, search for Woodstock hose. It is good and good value.

Klingspor and Woodcraft in Raleigh have it. Raleigh-Durham Rubber & Gasket may be competitive.

Rockler, Klingspor, Woodcraft, or Raleigh Durham Rubber and Gasket. Klingspor carries "Woodstock International" brand, Rockler their own brand, which is imported, Woodcraft's is made in the USA, and Raleigh Durham Rubber and Gasket sells both PVC, and polyurathane by the foot. Klingspor, with the NC Woodworker discout, is cheapest on aluminum blasst gates, FYI.
