A cherry pizza peel

Making a peel for manipulating a pizza into and out of an oven out of cherry. Two pieces resawn to about 1/4" and glued with dowels, cut to the rough shape of a pizza peel on a bandsaw.

pizza cutter handles

I turned some Pizza cutter handles for the pizza cutter from Rockler (34913). It makes a nice enough pizza cutter. The department store cheapie is shown for size comparison. No, the handles are not dishwasher-safe and have to be removed before cutter is put in the dishwasher. Anyway, my two sons...
