Afternoon Stroll Music Box

The centerpiece on this rotates while the music is playing.The arch also has 2 doves in flight in it.The lady is carrying a bouquet of flowers.Made from 1/4" Peruvian Walnut,Purpleheart,Yellowheart and Cherry.

looking for birds eye maple

I need a piece of birds eye maple for the medalian in the back of the bed. 10" square by 5/4 would do the job. Any body know of the best place to get a small piece? turning blank maybe? woodcraft Raleigh? Or any of you want to sell a piece? What sort of money are we talking here? I will be...

This is for the birds!

Today's project: Really just an excuse to let the kids play around and put something together. Among the activities: spread glue, clamp, crank the drill press, flush-saw a couple of dowels, and just general silliness. :mrgreen: Now I've got to figure out where I'm gonna put it...
