Once I got the chassis rebuilt and had taken a few runs up and down the road (we live in the country), I set about making the first piece of oak to become part of the truck. The gas tank/cowl I purchased in Hershey at the BIG car show determined that I would be able to make the truck from wood the way I wanted to.
