Four, I don't ride into raleigh, mainly during rush hour.

I'll leave that to those crazy extreme x-gamers :)

Anyone got a link to this dreaded hoop-snake?

What a wonderful time! St. Roy was as funny and edu-taining as every!

Its been too long since I attended a TWA meeting, I'm going to fix that.

He did a talk on wooden screws and screw boxes. Thrown in were lots of moderatable innuendos.

He also gave as some insight into turning being the Dark Side. I'll just say Madame Bovary may have been lead to her own demise by a turner.

Great seeing folks out too. Standing room only and free snacks, plus a raffle.

I am glad that I went to the TWA meeting. Jim described Roy's presentation best as "edu-taining"! It was also nice to see a few familiar faces from NCWW there. Overall, it was well worth the trip out, and I plan on going to the next meeting.

Already hunting for a bag of those mini-clothes pins to start on the 'quarter-pounders'.:gar-Bi

Anyone catch the name of the guy who created the thread box with the spring loaded scaper/cutter thing-a-ma-bob? Ditero, Ditreo???:dontknow:

Even got myself a rose wood sliding bevel gauge, with the thumb-latch locking lever, to replace my old plastic Stanley with the wing nut before things started.

That meeting was definately worth the drive.

Fogies, I believe he called them.

Puns made of wood.

I'm beside myself designing some. Penny pinchers, nail trimmer and Bittenbraces.

He's unleashed something, something wonderful!

I am going searching as well. If I find a source, I will post. Would appreciate the same!

UPDATE: Found some on eBay: 1 3/4" Mini Clothespins

It is possible to get the smaller 1" size cheaper (and more of them!) but this appears to be the same size, and 24 will be plenty!
