No need to discuss why I need this fan :) - It is an obsolete part so new is not available. I realize I am likely looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack but worth asking before I move on to a compromise solution.

The fan is from a Doerr 2 HP, 3450 RPM, single phase motor. The fan itself is 5-3/8" OD with 11 fins and a bore that presses onto a 7/8 splined shaft. Forgot to mention that the fan is plastic

Let me know if you either have one collecting dust or know of a source.

Thanks

Rick

Have you checked with an electric motor repair shop. Doerr was a pretty big brand, so there may be other fans that would work. From the pictures, I assume it was the internal fan on a TEFC motor.

Yes it is an internal fan. I did check with a shop in Winston Salem but they didn't have anything. Doesn't seem to be many repair shops in my area so I may have to expand the search

SUCCESS - I expanded my motor repair shop a bit - the first one I found was in Greensboro and they had the exact fan I needed.
