Hi,

My son just acquired an older Craftsman table saw, one with plastic handwheels. One of the handwheels was missing, and everybody hates the plastic ones anyway. So I did some poking around. I looked at places like Reid Supply, who have lots of them, but they are made for machine tools, and so a little pricey for an old T/S. Then I saw a listing on Ebay for the blade height adjustment shaft for a Craftsman T/S, which is also used on Ridgid stationary T/S's. So I ordered a couple of Ridgid hand wheels for $15 and change each from ereplacementparts.com. They're great. They fit right on the same way as the old ones. They're aluminum, and almost an inch larger in diameter, so they are much easier to turn. And the larger diameter doesn't seem to interfere anywhere. Now all it needs is a better fence, and I'm working on that...
