Up-side-down sander mount.

I decided I needed some kind of device to hold my sander upside down, so I could sand parts with both hands.

Shopping around, I found "A Glimpse Inside". They make an orbital sander mount and I bought one. It came today. I assembled it and tried it out. It works fantastic.

If you have a need for such a jig, this one is worth considering.

An upside down ROS does have its uses for little fussy parts. Be gentle with tightening things down because those flimsy plastic bodies are easily distorted and can strain the armature and field coil alignment.
