Tables/chairs

Scott, have you found a rental source for the tables/chairs that we may need for the picnic. If you would like me to, I'll see what I can find, I assume the closer to the picnic site the better. I don't have a truck so I would not be able to transport them.

Right now we are between 100 and 125 people. Assuming 8 per table that means 15 tables plus:

- 4 tables for food

- 4 tables for show/tell and swap items

There are eight tables under the large shelter and four permanently attached outside around the shelter. There are two under the smaller shelter with two outside that one. Total tables number 16, six of which cannot be moved/rearranged. There is a place in Durham, Best Rental-All 2410 Guess Rd. (286-3708 that seems to be the closest. The tables rent for $8 each and the chairs for $.95 each. They will deliver and pickup for an additional fee of $75. Depending upon how many tables and chairs are needed, that fee would probably be money well spent.
