Looks like their US office is in Charlotte and they have Sales Reps scattered around the US. Doesn't look like they have a retail channel. Customer Service is at 800 459 3534. I'm sure Klingspor (NCWW sponsor) has an equal or better version and you get an NCWW discount if you're qualified and on the list.
