For those who haven't been reading the thread I started about looking for advice on this drill press (see http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/showthread.php?t=4749), I was in the Raleigh Woodcraft the other day and they are getting ready for a big sale at the end of the month. (The sale is at the Raleigh store only.) They are bringing in a bunch of the Shop Fox M1039 20” drill presses for the sale and are going to price them at $420.00 plus tax. I think this is a great price for this drill press and I will be buying mine there during the sale. If you've been thinking about getting one of these drill presses, I can tell you that this is the best price I have been able to find. This DP is similar (i.e. other than color, identical) to the Grizzly G7948 20" drill press). Just thought I would pass this along.
