I've had a 1/3 horsepower motor from a tabletop drill press that was worthless. Used it about twice, and then kept the motor and threw everything else away. When I saw these plans in Shopnotes, I figured I could mate the motor to it and even though I'm not going to put it to much work, it looked like a project I'd enjoy. It's finished now. It seems to run pretty well. I'll keep it for a bit and then probably try to sell it. It's got a 6X1 120 grit cool wheel, 6X1 medium felt wheel, and a 6" shaped felt wheel. There's room for a couple more.

Thanks for looking.

I'm in the same boat. It's supposed to hang on a wall. but I don't have any wall space. Well, maybe about 8 feet off the floor. But it can sit on a cabinet or clamp it to the bench when running it.

Very nice! Really like the backsplash to keep all the crud away from the walls.

Good design, and I also like the excellent execution of your idea: the tight dados and rabbets in your casework, and the fine reveal around the drawers.
