I just finished testing a mounting and calibration strategy for an iGaging 12" DRO on my planer (the DRO was the xmas gift).
Got some cork and felt sanding/polishing blocks from my boys. My wife gifted me with a Veritas Low-Angle Jack Plane and the 3 optional blades!!! I can't wait to give it a try!
About two weeks ago, I gave myself an xmas present. My plumber/electrician/handyman was doing some work at my house and had some extra time. I had him run a 240 line to my garage, moved my compressor out there and then he used the pex line that I got with my compressor to run 3 air lines to my shop and 2 in my garage. I can finally use my compressor...and even better, I can't hear it running! Yes, it really happened and here's the proof:
