Rigid 3650 Fence Alignment tips

I've been fusing with getting this fence square. Do you guys have any tricks that have helped you? Do you loosen the screws lock it down and nudge it then tighten while locked down? Adjust it not locked down? How tight do you adjust the bolt at the end of the fence? It seems I can get it set but when you lock it, it moves. Also as I move the gage down the fence their can be up to a .004 difference in the middle, even when both ends come out at 0.

I do not have an answer for you however if you cannot find one here you might try the Ridgid forum. I have found a wealth of information there on my R4511 saw. :wsmile:
