Not Mine, and not sure the condition of the table saw, it seems to have the stock photo instead of the photo of the actual saw.

Read the last line of the post - "this table saws need work or fix" - so I expect that it is NOT in good condition. The necessary fix MAY be very simple and this MAY be a great deal - but buyer beware.

All depends on the sellers ability, aptitude, experience, etc.

Seems like Bruce has some stories about CL purchases that he got cheap and all they needed was a simple fix (which when Bruce says it is a simple fix, he means simple for him).
