Predicting the Future

Last night when wife and I got back from dinner and shopping errands, I said heat pump condenser fan sounded funny:no:. I told her I would take a look at it this morning. Got up this morning, and when I went outside, the fan had QUIT!, but compressor was still running (high head pressure switch hadn't shut it down yet. ) Turned off power to outside unit, and finished making breakfast (country ham biscutts.) Went outside and replaced the condensing fan motor. Lucky for me (remember my handle is junquecol, pronounced junk collector)) I had one in my parts repository. Unit is back up and running now:icon_cheers. Truly I was able to predict the future. Now if I could only do the same with the lottery:rotflm:.
